Third Edition of the International Circus Festival - Stresa

From February 27 to March 1, 2026, Stresa will host the third edition of the International Circus Festival, one of the most spectacular winter events on Lake Maggiore. The festival will take place at the Stresa Chapiteau Carnival Circus in Piazza Marconi, transforming the lakeside into an international stage dedicated to contemporary circus arts.

Presented by Fabrizio Medini, the festival brings together artists from all over the world, ready to perform and compete before a jury to win the prestigious Unicorno d’Oro (Golden Unicorn), the most coveted award of the event.

International performances and spectacular acts

During the three days, the audience will enjoy a rich and engaging program, featuring performances representing the best disciplines of modern circus arts:

• Acrobatics and aerial dance
• Contortion and balance acts
• Juggling and clown performances
• Pole dance and artistic performances
• Innovative acts and original shows

Each artist will present their unique talent, creating a show that combines technique, creativity, and emotion.

Show schedule

The performances will take place at the Stresa Chapiteau Carnival Circus on the following dates and times:

• Friday, February 27, 2026 – 9:00 PM
• Saturday, February 28, 2026 – 4:30 PM and 9:00 PM
• Sunday, March 1, 2026 – 4:30 PM, with the final award ceremony

The final day will be dedicated to the announcement of the winners and the presentation of the Unicorno d’Oro, the highlight of the festival.
